Processing & Creation Time: Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, each piece is made to order with a creation time of 2-5 weeks. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.
U.S. Shipping:
- Ground shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders over $750.
- For orders under $750, a flat shipping fee will apply.
International Shipping:
- Complimentary shipping is available on all international orders over $1,000.
- Orders shipping to Canada incur a $25 shipping fee.
- Orders shipping to all other countries incur a $30 shipping fee.
- All international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the destination country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These are non-negotiable and reflect the true value of the jewelry. You can opt to pay duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery.
Delivery and Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to an incorrect address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order and that someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Non-refundable Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, all shipments are subject to your country's customs duties, taxes, and fees. The value of your shipment is declared based on the true cost of the jewelry.
- At checkout, you can choose to prepay duties and taxes or pay them upon delivery. Lost or Stolen Packages: We recommend tracking your package closely and ensuring someone is available to receive it at the provided address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
