Return and Refund Policy for Douriean Fletcher Handcrafted Adornments

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and aim to offer solutions that align with our commitment to craftsmanship and personalized service.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

• Should you wish to return your handcrafted adornment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@Douriean.com.

• Given the bespoke nature of our pieces, we are pleased to work with you to find a solution that enables you to cherish your chosen piece. If adjustments or alterations are required, we're here to assist.

• For returns with all original items, including personalized packaging, we offer a 75% refund. This policy reflects our dedication to craftsmanship and the unique nature of our pieces.

• Exchanges for a different item of equal or lesser value are also available. Contact us at info@douriean.com to initiate the exchange process.

• We understand that allergic reactions can occur, despite our use of quality materials such as sterling silver earstuds or gold filled earhooks and chain. If you experience such a situation, please reach out to us at info@douriean.com. We'll promptly address the issue and arrange for the appropriate adjustment.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Contact us at info@douriean.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and components.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

FOR CUSTOM WORK
I only make jewelry based on my own original designs. Please do not ask me to copy or reproduce any other designs from any other source. I am very pleased to work with you to create a new unique design in my signature style that will incorporate gemstones, metals, and components of your choice.

If there is a design that you would like to have reproduced, it’s best that you contact a local jewelry shop that employs a bench jeweler where you can discuss your design with them.

Delivery of custom orders are stated on the specification sheet that’s emailed at the beginning of the creation process. If there are any changes in the delivery process, it will be communicated.

Pieces that are created as a custom design that requires modification such as ring sizing or exchanging stones and is ordered on a commission basis is not returnable. I guarantee the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals. Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colors and shape.
 

SHIPPING

Ground shipping is free on all U.S. orders over and on all other international orders over $325. 2-Day and Overnight shipping is available for domestic orders at checkout. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipping to Canada are charged a $25 shipping fee. Shipping to all other countries outside of the U.S. and Canada are charged a $30 shipping fee. Shipping is complimentary on all International orders over $325.

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Atelier 5D LLC. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry. At checkout, you can choose to pay for duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery. Select your shipping country in the bottom right corner to learn more about your country's policies and an estimate of these additional charges.
